We’ll begin with Jeremiah from Haven Farms, who will offer a thoughtfully infused beverage included with your ticket (with the option to choose CBD or other infusions, plus optional additional dosing available for purchase). Jeremiah will also share guidance around mindful consumption, dosing, and how low-dose cannabis can gently support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and presence.\n\n\nThe intention is subtle elevation, not intensity. You can expect to feel calm, open, and gently uplifted — not overly intoxicated or “high.”\n\n\nOnce the medicine settles in, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath experience led by Lauren. As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments designed to quiet the mind, soften tension in the body, and invite deep rest and inward connection.\n\n\nWith a regulated nervous system and expanded awareness, many participants find it easier to fully receive the resonance of sound, access meditative states, and experience a profound sense of grounding and release. This offering is ideal for those wanting to explore plant medicine in a structured, supportive environment while deepening their relaxation and mindfulness practices.\n\n\nPlease plan for safe transportation and mindful consumption.
