DESCRIPTION:Join Emily Barnhill for a restorative sound bath inspired by the grounding energy of Virgo season: a time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for intentional care and renewal.\nA sound bath is a unique and therapeutic experience that uses the power of sound to help you release stress, ease tension, and find harmony within. During this event, you’ll be guided inward as you bask in a symphony of sounds from crystal singing bowls, inviting deep relaxation while embracing Virgo season’s themes of balance and mindfulness.\nEmily is a certified practitioner of sound healing, with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy. She has a decade of experience working as a private instructor of voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Sound healing has become her biggest passion and she’s so excited to share it with our community.
