Becca (she/her) is from a small city outside of Charlotte, NC but has been calling Raleigh "home" since she moved to the area in 2012 to attend NC State University where she studied Human Biology and Spanish. As an athlete, she has always valued movement and living an active lifestyle but it wasn't until undergrad that she took her first group fitness class and instantly fell in love.
Within a year she was certified and hired through University Recreation where she eventually became the Program Assistant of Group Fitness for NCSU. Realizing that group fitness was more than just a hobby, Becca continued to prioritize health and wellness in her life and began teaching at local studios, part time, after graduating.
In Becca's classes you can expect to feel empowered, motivated, supported, and successful all while moving to an expertly curated playlist. When she's not teaching or working her day job in clinical research you can expect to find Becca exploring with her hubby (Ian) and their four-legged, fur-baby (Ollie).
