Cooking Class: Seafood Summer Rolls and Whole Grilled Fish
Vietnamese-style summer rolls are a great way to wrap up any ingredients you have on hand this summer, either for a quick weeknight meal or a fun weekend get-together activity. In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make summer rolls with a variety of seasonal produce and seafood. While you’re making your rolls and dipping sauce, Nathan will demonstrate preparing and cooking whole fish from Locals Seafood and the class will then enjoy both dishes from socially-distanced stations. Wine and beer pairings will also be discussed with tasting samples provided, but you’re also welcome to bring your own beverage for this event.
