Lower Back Workshop
Join Dr. Caitlin Greenstein (physical therapist) and Dr. Clint Sellers (chiropractor) to learn about to prevent and reduce lower back pain.
A common complaint we hear from our patients who lead an active lifestyle is low back pain with squatting. This functional movement is a part of many physical fitness exercises and also an important movement for daily life. Come learn from an experienced chiropractor and physical therapist the most common deficits associated with painful squatting. We will give specific exercises to address these major issues as well as a tutorial on executing correct squats including modifications. Our goal is to ease low back as well as prevent the onset of low back pain during squatting to maximize our physical fitness performance!
This workshop costs $25 for non-members and $15 for members. Class will be held in the movement studio at Current Wellness and masks will be required.
