Yoga for Fertility Workshop with Jordyn Matthews
In this 90 minute workshop, participants will meet others who are trying to grow their families and are encountering challenges along the way. The time spent together will combine a supportive group atmosphere and discussion with a restorative yoga practice focusing on gentle, yet powerful, poses and breathing and relaxation practices that support fertility, reduce stress, and intentionally prepare the body for conception.
No prior yoga experience needed.
Jordyn Matthews, ERYT-500; RPYT; NCPT, is trained to teach prenatal yoga and pilates and certified to lead fertility support groups. In addition to her experience teaching regular prenatal classes, she has led this fertility workshop several times with great success. She has her husband, an OB/GYN, to thank for being a great resource to consult on the safety and science behind her classes.
