
Birthday Brunch!
Happy Birthday to the Current! Our space is turning four years old this December and there is no one we would rather celebrate with than our amazing community. Drop by on Saturday, December 7th for mocktails and brunch.
For our birthday brunch menu, co-owner Nathan will be taking us on a trip to Thailand with his favorite breakfast dish, called jook (pronounced “joke”). This is a savory rice porridge that starts off plain but then you customize it to your tastes and dietary preferences. Additions and topping choices will include sausage, hard-boiled eggs, cilantro, peanuts and other condiments (that Nathan will help you decipher!). We’ll also have coffee and fruit to make breakfast complete and, if you want to go true Thai-style, you can add sweetened condensed milk to your coffee!
Classes will take place as usual in the Movement Studio so you have the option to pair your movement practice with food and community!
