Upward Spiral for the Intuitive Eater
This group is for people who practice Intuitive Eating and are looking for ongoing community and support. Participants should be familiar with the Intuitive Eating principles and committed to maintaining a weight-neutral, diet-free environment. This is a great opportunity for past participants of our Intuitive Eating Jumpstart group!
Upward Spiral is an ongoing group offered the first Sunday of the month from 7:30-9:00pm. For virtual sessions, participants can join in on Zoom, eat dinner or a snack, share about how their Intuitive Eating journey is going, ask questions, and tune in to their body. The in-person sessions will be more structured and will be an opportunity to come together in person to share, encourage one another, ask questions, and continue spiraling upward together.
Cost: $32 drop-in, $28/session with a 5 pack; $25/session with a 10 pack
