Upward Spiral for the Intuitive Eater

Upward Spiral is an ongoing group offered every other week. Groups will alternate between Sundays (in-person) and Thursdays (virtually) from 7:30-9:00pm. For virtual sessions, participants can join in on Zoom, eat dinner or a snack, share about how their Intuitive Eating journey is going, ask questions, and tune in to their body. The in-person sessions will be more structured and will be an opportunity to come together in person to share, encourage one another, ask questions, and continue spiraling upward together.
