All online classes are recorded and available on-demand following the scheduled class time (we'll email you a video link upon request if you miss the class).  All memberships include access to our on-demand library to take classes at any time.

How soon in advance do I need to sign-up for class?

The registration window closes 15 minutes before class.  Online classes are unlimited, but indoor and outdoor classes have limited capacity to comply with COVID-19 precautions and physical distancing.

 

How are classes delivered online?  Do I need special equipment or technology to join in?

Classes are provided using Zoom video conferencing.  When you sign up for a class, you will receive a link to join the class 30 minutes before the class starts.  As long as your computer or other device (phone, iPad, etc.) is able to load a Zoom conference, this should work.  If you haven't used Zoom before, please download and install it in advance of the class.  We're happy to help if you have any technology concerns!

Zoom links are emailed to participants 30 minutes before class start time.

 

Will other participants and the instructor see me during the online class?

You are welcome to enable your video throughout the class so that others can see you and you can connect with fellow participants, but this is not a requirement.  If you'd like to disable your video and audio during the class, that's just fine.

 

I have a conflict with a class I signed up for.  Can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your registration for a class 12 hours prior to the class time. Please visit our cancellation policy here. For late cancellations for online classes, we will send you a link to the recorded class to view on-demand upon request.  (Members have on-demand access to the most recent month of classes).

 

What if I miss a class?

Online classes are recorded.  Participants who are signed up with a drop-in or class pack access will receive an email link to the on-demand class after it's completed, so that you can take the class at a later time.  (Due to the class being available after it's completed, refunds will not be issued for online missed classes.). Members are given access to our on-demand library and can access the class within a month after the class occurs.

 

I'm going to be doing the online workout with my partner, child, dog, etc.  Do I need to purchase multiple registrations for all of us?

Feel free to join the online workout with as many family members (or others in your household) as you like!  No need to purchase additional spots for them.  Outdoor classes have limited space and require separate registrations for each participant.
