Jenna Rankin, MAEd, LCMHCA, LCAS-A, NCC
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in the state of North Carolina. I am passionate about helping people who are going through life transitions and working to navigate their next steps and discover their true selves. I am particularly passionate about working with military spouses and family members as they manage to support their loved ones while also focusing on their own personal identity and well-being. My personal experience as a military spouse has allowed me to navigate my own identity over time and work through the struggles and rollercoaster ride of military life.
I offer online therapy to adults of all ages with concerns surrounding mental health. These can include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity formation, career and professional stress, college student stress or concerns, military lifestyle concerns, major life transitions, and addictions related concerns.
My personal interests include trying new recipes, physical fitness, spending time outdoors with my husband and two dogs, DIY home projects, reading and watching reality TV.
