Jenna is a coach, personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and movement enthusiast. She is also a mother and child care professional who is educated in the RIE Educaring Approach and is passionate about Conscious Caregiving practices.

Jenna's personal story and connection to movement began at an early age, as she started gymnastics at 2 years old. Some of her fondest and proudest moments revolve around her time in the gym! After her gymnastics career, Jenna trained in cross country skiing, track and field, swimming, and Functional Fitness.

Jenna was born in California and raised in Minnesota. She returned to the California coast to attend college, work, and eventually connect with her partner, Mike. Mike and Jenna moved to Raleigh in 2017 to start a family. In 2018 Jenna's daughter Lily was born. Inspired by her own empowering experiences as nanny and during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, she created her own unique offerings to help those in the Parenthood Transition. She is passionate about providing individuals with the tools to connect with their body and mind during this time period and find their inner strength!

Jenna has been a coach and personal trainer for over 6 years. She has over 20 years of weightlifting and conditioning experience, and has trained in body weight movements, gymnastics, and mobility movements for over 22 years. She has been supporting individuals during the Parenthood Transition in the Triangle since 2017.

Areas of Focus/Specialty: Personal Training, Small Group Fitness, Preconception, Prenatal, Postpartum, Menopause, Hormonal Health, Infant, Child, and Youth Movement Development.
