Meghan was born and raised in Northern California before relocating to North Carolina in 2004. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte she was accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at East Carolina University. She graduated from ECU in 2011. After practicing for several years with an emphasis on outpatient orthopedics, Meghan earned her Orthopedic Certified Speciality in 2015.

She enjoys a multi-faceted approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, mobilizations, dry needling, and various forms of taping. In recent years she has kept busy at home raising two daughters, Violet (7) and Julia (5). She is an avid tennis player, enjoys hot yoga, and snowboarding.
