Olivia Shipp MS, RD, LDN
Olivia Shipp (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about working with clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image challenges, and long-term dieting patterns. She has experience working at the residential level of care, treating teens and adults with eating disorders, as well as working with collegiate athletes experiencing disordered performance nutrition. Olivia is passionate about following a Health at Every Size®-aligned, food freedom approach to nutrition, working to heal client relationships with food and body image. She enjoys providing health-literate nutrition education, incorporating individualized & creative strategies, and creating safe, empathetic spaces for clients to process their lived experiences.
Olivia received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition at NC State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition at Meredith College. She completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and worked as a sports dietitian fellow at Wake Forest University before transitioning to the eating disorder field. Currently, Olivia is working to pursue her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification, and enjoys incorporating evidence-based continuing education into her routine.
Olivia is originally from Charlotte, though returned to the Raleigh area following her fellowship. In her free time outside of work, she enjoys cheering on NC State Football, taking art classes, and enjoying a good book on the beach.
