Taylor is a Raleigh native, who is passionate about educating youth and families of all backgrounds in our community. She promotes personalized and sustainable adjustments for clients that enhance their relationship with food, and their mindset surrounding health. She believes that everyone should have access to information and resources surrounding nutrition and wellness, and loves to learn more about the diverse and multicultural practices that each client brings to the table.
Taylor received her Bachelor's degree in Biology, minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2013. After working for UNCW and as an EMT for several years, she moved back to Raleigh to complete a Masters in Nutrition from North Carolina State University in 2019. She has been a certified health coach since 2017 and is Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned.
In addition to private practice, Taylor works with a community health organization to provide nutrition, physical activity, cooking, and gardening education to people of all ages across the state.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys getting outside, food, travel, books, and spending time with friends and family.
