Tidal Movement Spring Small Group Series

The Current is launching a brand new small group training series, online!

We know how overwhelming all of the fitness apps and streamed workouts can be. We also know that it's more fun to move as a group, where you feel part of something bigger than yourself. Research shows that when we commit to a group, we are more accountable and more likely to reap all the positive health benefits from it. Further, having a structure and set time for your workouts also helps with accountability and routine.

While this is not personal training, this is also not a regular group fitness class. Class size is limited to 6 people for an intimate community vibe, as well as extra attention on form and technique.

Let's do this! 

Details:

Class: Tidal Movement. Combining yoga with strength training elements, "Tidal" movement is the best of both worlds. We will start each class with breathing and grounding, move into mobility and core, and finish with functional movement to work up a sweat.

Cost: $30/session | $180 total investment

Equipment: ViPR - all participants can pick-up a ViPR at The Current's office before March 30th. Must be returned at the conclusion of the series.
