Mental Health Counseling

Are you currently going through a challenging situation? Perhaps you’ve been through some tough life events in that past that still get in the way of living your best life. Or, maybe you just feel like something is "off" in your quality of life and want guidance on feeling better.

Working with a mental health counselor is a great direction to find healing and growth towards a more meaningful life. Asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.

We provide both in-person and online counseling or therapy (these words are used interchangeably), for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Counseling is a wonderful gift to yourself, as well as a great investment in your wellness. If you aren't sure who might be the right fit for you, we would be glad to offer a free phone consultation to help guide you to a therapist (contact us here). Or, you can read our therapists' bios here and book a phone consultation and/or appointment directly with them.
