Liz Enck LCSW

Practice Types: Mental Health Therapists

My name is Liz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a background working with parents, teens, and young adults in the foster care system, providing therapeutic support around trauma, attachment, and resilience. Prior to this I supported families and individuals in an inpatient hospice care facility, navigating challenges of end-of-life transitions. These experiences shaped my trauma-informed, strength-based approach and continue to guide my work today. I offer a safe and supportive space to process grief, loss, relationship conflict, and life’s major transitions. In addition to my focus on grief and trauma, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety. I work with individuals to recognize thought patterns that fuel worry or overwhelm, strengthen coping strategies, and build confidence in managing stress. My approach integrates motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma informed interventions, and solution-focused therapy, always tailoring sessions to your unique needs.

I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My goal is to partner with you in rediscovering your capacity to learn, grow, and move forward with greater balance and purpose.
