Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can welcome you and help you get settled. We’ll show you around the space, answer questions, and introduce you to the instructor.

You’ll receive guidance throughout class and options to modify movements as needed

What Makes Current Wellness Different?

Empowering Language

Our instructors are trained to use empowering language that promotes acceptance for your body, while simultaneously challenging you to achieve stamina and strength. Their cues will encourage mindfulness, self-awareness, and mind body connection. They will offer tons of options so that you will feel challenged within your ability level, but never beyond.

We want to remind you that your body is already amazing!

Compassionate Mindset

We will change the way you think about fitness. It’s doesn't have to be about your size. It's about developing strength from the inside out. Our classes will help you explore and heal your relationship with your body through movement. With this new sense of self-compassion, you will stop dreading the gym and start enjoying movement.

Functional Movement

Positive Environment

Our movement studio doesn't have any large fitness equipment and that's intentional. Instead, we focus on training movement patterns with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, ViPRs, TRX, and more. We believe fitness should translate into our daily life and support us doing what we love most.

We are creating a community of individuals who want to feel better, encourage one another, and ultimately have fun. Our movement studio is not focused on intense, grueling workouts, but about experiences that leave you feeling empowered and energized.

Where do I park?

Current Wellness is located in downtown Raleigh with convenient parking options nearby.

We have a parking lot directly in front of our building. Please do not park in the numbered spaces for apartment residents.

We also have free 2 hour street parking.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit so you have time to park, find the studio, and settle in.
