I work with young people, adolescents, adults, and families of all configurations, with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and relationship building. I have experience working with clients from a wide range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds as well a passion for creating safe and healthy spaces for people to explore themselves and their relationships. I additionally specialize in helping people navigate nonmonogamous, poly, queer, kink, and otherwise nontraditional relationships as well as the feelings that come along with them.

I seek to build a relationship that we can use to establish your future goals and the skills to help you achieve them, develop tools for navigating tough relationships, and shed a little clarity on the chaos of life’s changes and transitions. I endeavor to help you discover and utilize your strengths to guide you to break out of patterns that don't serve you.

My hope is to create a space where you can safely and securely express and explore the difficult emotions that you experience in your life. I intend to nurture collaboration that allows you to achieve your goals and to be there to support you in becoming a stronger, more resilient you!
