Brit (she/her) has been teaching fitness classes for over 13 years. In addition to teaching, she has been training fitness professionals and creating fitness programs for the past decade. Her goal is to make fitness accessible and enjoyable to everyone, no matter your body type or background. She believes that fitness doesn't have to be focused so heavily on changing our physical body, but instead on improving how we feel about our body and how we feel in our body.
She is the co-founder of Current Wellness and the creator of Tidal Movement, as well as the other programs at the Current. She is also a licensed mental health therapist and specializes in disordered eating and exercise.
She LOVES movement and she can't wait to help you love it too.
