Maya's path to becoming a wellness and fitness professional was born from personal necessity. She knows what it means to start over. Navigating grief, burnout, and the health challenges that followed, she rebuilt her well-being through strength training, mindfulness practices, nutrition, exploring new hobbies and intentional habit change. That journey became her turning point and her purpose. Today she meets clients exactly where they are, helping them align their goals with their values and move forward at a pace that's truly their own.
Specializing in strength training and functional fitness, Maya is passionate about making movement feel accessible for every body and sustainable. For her, the work goes beyond the physical, building mental and emotional resilience is just as important as building strength. Her mission is simple: help clients embrace their inner strength, prioritize their well-being, and find real joy in the journey!
When Maya is not in the gym, you can find her hunting for the best local coffee shop in town, soaking up a nature walk, exploring farmers markets, or spending time with family.
