Ntina Pappas

Ntina “Dina” grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. She participated in Greek folk dance, played volleyball and did gymnastics. For college, Ntina attended NC State University. It was there that her passion for group and dance fitness started. It started by being a participant in a variety of classes. Then after several classes, she decided to start the teaching role. Ntina believes that group fitness teaches the importance of community. Movement is empowering, but moving together, is even more exhilarating. Ntina graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from NC State University. After her undergraduate studies, Ntina gained invaluable healthcare experience working as a home-care assistant, a medical scribe, and an EMT. After years of hard work and persistence, Ntina attended PA school.
She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Emory & Henry College in Marion, VA. Her care philosophy is providing personalized quality care with empathy.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, walking, and jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoys traveling to new countries and trying the local cuisine.
