Amanda Pope
Amanda is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She was born and raised just outside of Raleigh. She received a BFA in Dance from Oklahoma City University. Upon graduating, she lived in NYC for 10 years dancing and teaching. She turned to fitness to have a more healthful, well-rounded relationship with movement and her body. Having recently returned to NC (feeling so good to be back home!!), she is excited to lean even more into the wellness world and continue learning/growing. Amanda trains and teaches with the mindset that movement is for everyone. She loves functional strength training and mobility work and how it translates so well into our day to day lives. In her spare time, Amanda loves to cook, cycle the greenway, and make the most out of her library card.
