About Glenn:

Glenn is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a Duke certified Integrative Health Coach, a National Board Certified Integrative Health Coach (Nov. 2021), personal trainer, and a Health At Every Size® (HAES) provider. She specializes in working with people who want to learn how to empower themselves to make sustainable change towards becoming the most free and holistically healthy version of themselves.

She helps her clients to question their current habits and empower them to tap into their inner strength to make viable and sustainable change so they can feel safe, whole, and enough in the home they have built in their body.

In personal training and private yoga, Glenn focuses on linking the mind and the body in movement. She believes that this practice of embodiment holds space for our minds and bodies to come back to the same page. During her sessions, she strives to give her clients a full body workout that is not focused on what your body looks like, but about how your body feels in space. Her goal is to have her clients leave feeling accomplished, strong, safe, and more connected to themselves. Glenn also loves to add personal touches to her sessions with clients- taking note of their favorite music, movements, stretches, so that way the session is curated for them specifically. At the end of the day, she hopes her clients find new appreciation for their bodies and truly learn that they are their own best teacher.

In her free time, you can find Glenn walking her dog around Raleigh, practicing yoga, and baking cakes in her kitchen.
