Indi graduated from The College of William and Mary with a BS in Chemistry and Sociology. While at William and Mary, she fell in love with group fitness as both a participant and as an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. After graduating, Indi decided to work more deeply in the health and wellness realm, working as both a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Her favorite training and fitness formats to coach are strength training and TRX training. She is passionate about fitness being for ALL bodies and in working to make fitness spaces more inclusive, welcoming spaces. Indi is so excited to be joining the Current as a trainer and to pop in with some group fitness classes as well! When she's not at the Current, you can find her pretending her pets are models, reading a book, doing puzzles, or painting ceramics.
