Julz Michele (she/her) is a Mind Body Wellness Practitioner who incorporates her skills as a highly intuitive Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master/Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist to cultivate a holistic wellness experience to support your mind, body, and spirit.

Honing her skills for over 17 years, Julz Michele takes a solutions-based approach to each session. A Massage/Integrative Bodywork session, for example, may combine several different modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Polarity, Reflexology, etc., to reach your goals. Each session is customizable, even down to your preferred music!

Julz Michele studied Transformational Reiki, an evolved teaching of this healing art, incorporating elements from Native American and world ceremonies into the training, at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2009.

Originally from California's Central Coast, Julz Michele and her boys just recently moved to the Raleigh area. from Michigan's Upper Peninsula. In her "spare" time you can find her checking out fitness classes at Current or serving as a food truck/taxi- shuttling her kids between sporting events and school activities.
