Move with intention through a slow, mindful flow centered on Half Moon Pose while honoring the energy of the new moon: a time for fresh starts, setting intentions, and creating space for what’s to come.
This class builds balance, stability, and confidence through thoughtful sequencing, creating space to explore alignment, breath, and ease. With accessible variations, supportive props, and modifications offered throughout, you’ll discover a version of Half Moon that works for your unique body.
Together, we’ll explore how steady movement and a calm mind support both strength and peace—on the mat and beyond.
