Nervous System Care Night (Members Only)
As a thank you for being part of our Current Wellness community, we’re inviting our members to spend an evening slowing down, connecting, and caring for their nervous systems.
Life asks a lot of us. This First Friday, we’re creating space to pause and experience simple, evidence-informed practices that can help your body shift toward greater ease and regulation.
Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to:
-Experience grounding and regulating practices led by Brit Guerin, owner and licensed mental health therapist, exploring accessible somatic techniques you can use in everyday life.
-Guided breath practice for the pelvic floor with Meghan O’Hara, physical therapist
-Enjoy a guided Reusi Dat Ton with Maggie, massage therapist, combining breathwork, joint mobilization, and self-acupressure.
-Sip and snack on refreshments that support nervous system regulation.
There will be time to connect with fellow members and simply enjoy a slower pace. This event is our way of saying thank you for choosing Current Wellness. We can’t wait to spend the evening with you.

Cost: Included in membership (free for Unlimited and Yoga members, 4 Class members can apply 1 credit); members are invited to bring a complimentary guest!
