Our specialties range from body image to LGBTQ to trauma and much more. WELLNESS COUNSELING Our wellness coaches use a holistic approach to help clients enhance their wellness through movement, nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress management, work-life balance, healthy relationships, and communication. NUTRITION COUNSELING Our dietitians help clients address health concerns, navigate food sensitivities, plan healthy meals for themselves and their families, and restore their relationship with eating so that they can enjoy food and truly flourish. They use Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating principles rather than counting calories or other forms of dieting to fully support a sustainable way of eating and living. BODYWORK We have physical therapists, an acunpuncturist, and massage therapists on site to offer adjustments, soft tissue work, and lots of other modalities to prevent injury, decrease pain, and get you back enjoying the things you love in life. MOVEMENT CLASSES We often use the word “movement” instead of “fitness” or “exercise,” because we are different than mainstream fitness. Fitness and exercise often are affiliated with goals of manipulating our appearance or “burning calories”. Because we strongly believe these goals can be harmful to our physical and mental health, we are proud to take a different approach. Book your movement class here! PERSONAL TRAINING Our personal trainers use intuitive movement principles to help clients enhance their flexibility, mobility, strength, mind-body awareness, and overall function. They do not prescribe nor promote weight loss, but rather support improved health through enjoyable movement and reduced injury. PRIVATE YOGA We offer private yoga sessions for those who want to learn more about the way their body moves, break through lack of mobility and flexibility, and reduce stress through mindfulness and breathing.
