Reflexology

Reflexology is a relaxing wellness practice with roots in ancient civilizations, where practitioners used targeted pressure to promote healing and relieve discomfort. Today, reflexology is recognized worldwide as a complementary therapy that focuses on specific points on the feet, hands, ears, and face.

In our Reflexology sessions, gentle to moderate pressure is applied to these mapped areas to support relaxation, encourage nervous system regulation, and promote a greater sense of balance and well-being. Many people find reflexology helpful for slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and creating space for rest in their busy lives.

Clients remain fully clothed (except for socks) and may choose to be seated upright or fully reclined for their comfort. While reflexology is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, it can be a supportive addition to a holistic self-care routine.

Our 30-minute Reflexology session is a wonderful option for those who are new to bodywork, have mobility considerations, prefer a shorter session, or are looking for a restorative pause in the middle of a busy day.
