Prenatal Yoga
Moms and parents-to-be, join Courtney for a gentle & supportive prenatal yoga class.
We’ll have a brief check-in, followed by a prenatal yoga practice, safe for all trimesters of pregnancy. Class offers an opportunity for pregnant folks to connect with their own changing body, their growing baby & other people moving through the same phase of life. You’ll leave feeling strong, connected & relaxed.
Series runs January 9th-February 13th
