Core and Pelvic Floor is all about connecting with and building strength through all parts of the core. We will explore how to find the elusive pelvic floor, how to utilize core connections throughout the body, and how to cool down and stretch after a workout. From breath work and abdominal activation to pelvic floor control and hip strength, this class will be a whole body experience.
