First Friday: Yoga Play Date

Join KeKe to explore and play! Are there any poses you’ve wanted to try? This interactive class is a free-flowing structure that will allow you to try something new in your practice. You will start with a warm up, then the rest is up to you! If you’ve ever wanted to ask questions or chat while you practice, this free event is made for you.

Stop by the wellness shop right after to sample kombucha and shop our retail for holiday gifts.
