
Fat Positive Flow
This yoga flow is designed to uplift and honor larger bodies, creating a space where everyone can move, breathe, and embody their practice with confidence and ease. Through mindful sequencing, multiple pose variations, and the encouragement to take up space, this class invites you to connect with your body in a way that feels empowering and freeing.
To support beginners as well as those who would like to refine alignment, Lauren will include opportunities to focus on a few specific postures that will be integrated into the class flow!
This class is a celebration of embodiment, self-acceptance, and joy. Come exactly as you are, and take up the space you deserve.
