
Summer Seafood Ceviche Class
Seafood ceviche and crudo are light and fresh summer meals (or appetizers), but it’s often confusing which fish or shellfish to use and how to season and prepare these dishes. This class will demystify these choices and you’ll learn hands-on how to make three different types of ceviche using raw fish and shellfish. In addition to learning about how to select species of local North Carolina seafood, the class will also cover how to use fresh produce (either from the farmers market or the garden) in ceviche for a delicious summer feast! This class is sponsored by our friends at Locals Seafood in Raleigh. You are welcome to bring your own beverages. We will have sparkling water and kombucha for purchase.
