Pelvic Floor 101 is for anyone and everyone with a pelvis. This education and movement class focuses on learning about the pelvic floor and its functions, how to engage and mobilize the pelvic floor, and integrating the pelvic floor into daily movement. We will dive into all the questions you’ve wanted to know about the pelvic floor but haven’t been able to ask.
