Join Coach Julia Carter and Current Wellness for a run through the historic Oakwood neighborhood!
We’ll begin at Current Wellness with a brief dynamic warm up and then a move into a 45-minute out-and-back route with walk/run format—move at the pace that feels right for you.
All paces welcome, slower paces prioritized!
