Tidal Intervals and Flow Yoga at Wye Hill

Join Current Wellness for one or both of these movement classes at Wye Hill!

TIDAL INTERVALS:
Brit Guerin will be leading a brand new fitness format, Tidal Intervals at 9:30am. Tidal Intervals is our most energetic class. We use interval training to get the heart rate up and then back down using mobility-based movements. Come ready to sweat, but also be prepared for plenty of options to tailor the intensity up or down based on your goals.

FLOW YOGA:
Lydia Howard will be leading Flow Yoga at 10:30am. Flow is our signature yoga class. We teach intuitive movement to create a yoga experience where you have just enough guidance to make the practice exactly how you want it to feel. We also use the themes of embodiment and gratitude to foster body respect and appreciation.

POST-CLASS:
Wye Hill will be ready to serve food and drinks right after yoga- so plan on sticking around on their amazing patio that overlooks the Raleigh skyline! (Tables will be spread out for social distancing).

VOTING DRIVE:

We are hosting a voting drive after classes! Casey Geiger will help you check your registration, get registered to vote, and/or request a mail-in ballot. Exercise your body and your right to vote!
