Empower Movement Series
Join Brit Guerin for her small group training program, Empower Movement Series! If you've struggled with maintaining a routine with exercise, this group is for you.
This program lasts for 8 weeks and is designed to build strength, increase confidence in movement, and help us connect to our bodies through breath work and mindful movement. You'll be challenged in sessions, but also leave feeling energized rather than depleted.
Brit is an Applied Health and Human Performance Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, who truly cares about the way you move. She teaches proper body mechanics, but also educates you to listen to how movement feels IN your body.
This group is limited to 4 people, so you will get individualized attention based on your goals.
Group will be held inside at Current Wellness's movement studio at 219 S. East St. Raleigh, NC. We have an open space with brand new air filtration and HVAC units. Masks will be required. If you would like to join online, please email us at email@example.com.
Dates and Times:
This series will meet on Thursday mornings from 7:00-7:45a from January 7th through February 25th.
This series is a $320 investment ($40/class). You'll not only receive a great workout in a small community setting, but also receive movement education that you can take with you for future workouts.
